(Telestock) – Intesa San Paoloas part of its share buyback program, has announced that from 5 to 9 August 2024, it has purchased overall 88,581,815 treasury sharesequal to approximately 0.48% of the share capital, at an average price of 3.4115 euros, for a counter value total of 302.195.675,83 euro.
As of August 9, since the start of the program, Intesa Sanpaolo has purchased a total of 375,304,937 shares, equal to approximately 2.05% of the share capital, at an average purchase price per share of 3.4907 euros, for a total value of 1,310,065,197.37 euros.
At Piazza Affari, today, a fractional increase for the Credit giantwhich posted a modest profit of +0.54%.
