For six days now, Ukrainian soldiers have been leading an offensive in Russian territory, in the Kursk Oblast. A military operation that has apparently caught the Russian army off guard, even though the authorities have since announced the sending of equipment and established an “anti-terrorist” regime on Saturday in three regions bordering Ukraine. In total: 76,000 people have been evacuated from the region to safe places according to the Kremlin. While the advance of Ukrainian soldiers is making Moscow grind its teeth, the authorities also say they are worried because a nuclear power plant of the same type as that of Chernobyl is located only 40 kilometers from the city of Kursk…
