The number of cases has increased from 19,000 to nearly 33,000.

The increase means that decisions may take longer than before.

How long is the processing time at ARN?

– Normally, we usually have an average time of six months. Some matters go faster and some take longer, says Marcus Isgren.

As of August 1, anyone who wants to report a case to ARN must pay a fee of SEK 150. It is the government that decided on that.

In the video, ARN’s director Marcus Isgren gives examples of the most common disputes.
