Abuse in Laholm – kicked in the head

On Friday evening, the police were alerted to a shooting in Uddevalla.

Once there, they had difficulty locating exactly where it happened.

But after a while, a resident in the area discovered that someone had fired several shots at two garbage cans that were a short distance away.

No one has been injured.

The police have information that two cars may have left the scene after the shooting.

The police have carried out a technical investigation and are investigating the incident as aggravated armed crime and vandalism.

A 45-year-old man has been robbed in Alingsås.

It happened at Östlykkan during the night of Sunday.

The man states that he was jumped by two men who kicked and punched him – and took his mobile phone.

The two suspected perpetrators then disappeared from the scene. The 45-year-old man was able to get home and call the police.

The ambulance checked him but it is unclear if he needed to be taken to the hospital.

A robbery report has been filed, but there are currently no suspects.

There was a major fight in Eskilstuna during the night of Sunday.

It happened in the Nyfors area and the police were called to the scene at 03:30.

In connection with the fight, there was also a minor traffic accident between two passenger cars.

At the scene, the police were able to arrest three suspects. The arrested men are aged 25-30.

They are suspected of serious assault, threats against a civil servant and attempted violence against a civil servant.

No one is said to have been seriously injured.

During the night of Sunday, a woman was raped by hitherto unknown perpetrators near Humlegården in Stockholm.

– On the way home from a night out, this woman is harassed by several people. It further leads to a rape, says Carina Skagerlind, police spokesperson.

The police are looking for several suspected perpetrators.

Investigative measures are ongoing and the police will go through surveillance cameras in the area. Interrogations will also be held.

A man has been injured with a sharp object on Södermalm and is seriously injured.

It happened during the night of Sunday. The police were alerted to the incident at 04:30.

– It must have happened outdoors outside a pub/nightclub at Södra Mälarstrand, says Carina Skagerlind.

According to information to Aftonbladet, it is outside the night club boat Patricia.

The police have arrested three people who are suspected of the crime. All those arrested are between 20-25 years old.

The incident is classified as attempted murder or manslaughter.

Shortly after midnight, the police were called to an address in the Tynnered district in Gothenburg after someone fired several shots at a garage door and an entrance door to a villa.

– There are no injuries, says Fredrik Flyberg, officer on duty at the police, to TT.

At 05:24 on Sunday morning, residents were again woken up by a bang after someone shot through a window to the villa. No one was injured.

The police are now investigating the incident as attempted murder and aggravated weapons offences.

No one has yet been arrested.

Ten people have been injured in Russian drone attacks in Kherson, according to Roman Mrochko, head of the city’s military administration, according to The Kyiv Independent.

Explosions were also heard in the capital, Kiev, and the population was urged to seek shelter.

In Brovay, just outside the capital, parts of a missile hit a residential area where a 35-year-old father and his 4-year-old son were found dead during the riots, the newspaper writes. Three more people were seriously injured.

Thirteen people have been injured after a Ukrainian robot attack in the Russian city of Kursk, governor Aleksej Smirnov writes on Telegram. According to Smirnov, a multi-story building in Kursk was hit by parts from a downed Ukrainian robot. Two people have serious injuries, he states.

“Several ambulance teams are working at the scene,” writes Smirnov on Telegram.

Over 76,000 people have been evacuated in the Kursk region following Ukraine’s counter-offensive, which began on Tuesday.

The explosion is said to have taken place outside the gate of an apartment building in Gothenburg.

A resident says that she felt a good bang and went outside to check what had happened, but saw no damage in the stairwell.

The person was asked by the police to stay indoors.

– You could smell gunpowder in the entire stairwell, says the resident.

The building should not have been evacuated, according to the emergency services.

It is currently unclear what has exploded. The police are on the scene and investigating the matter.

According to the police, the explosion must have happened on the outside of a gate.

There was neither material damage nor personal injury.

– We are currently working on identifying and locating the perpetrator, says Fredrik Flyberg, officer on duty at the police.

Former President Trump’s election campaign says it was hacked by Iran, reports Politico.

On Saturday, the campaign said some of its internal communications had been hacked by “foreign sources hostile to the United States,” citing a Microsoft report which said Iranian hackers “sent a phishing email in June to a senior official in a presidential campaign” but did not specify which campaign.

“These documents were illegally obtained from foreign sources hostile to the United States, intended to disrupt the 2024 election and create chaos throughout our democratic process,” said Steven Cheung, a spokesman for Trump’s campaign.

Politico themselves reportedly received emails containing documents from within the Trump campaign from an anonymous account, but they have not yet been able to confirm the campaign’s claim.

A villa in Huddinge has caught fire.

– There are no injuries, we will put out the fire from the outside, says Lars Stevelind, officer on duty at the rescue service.

– Everyone must be out of the house, confirms Mats Eriksson, press spokesperson at the police.

There is no risk of spread.

Police and ambulance are on the scene.

– Healthcare management must be there, says Eriksson.

It is unclear how the fire started.

The alarm came in shortly after 8:30 p.m.

There are a lot of people at the scene, according to the police.

– The police officers on the spot urge people not to stay at the scene because there is a lot of sour smoke from the fire. It’s so they don’t get hurt, says Mats Eriksson.

For the first time since Ukraine began its offensive in the Russian border region of Kursk, President Zelenskyy has made a statement, reports AFP.

In his daily speech, he says that Ukraine is now “pushing the war into the attacker’s territory”.
