European stock markets negative after inflation data Piazza Affari holds

(Telestock) – Today’s financial session on European stock markets ends cautiouslyas well as at Piazza Affari. Little movement on theS&P-500which marks a +0.17% on Wall Street. The stock markets close a week of high tension and volatility triggered by fears about the stability of the American economy, later tempered by the data on the lower requests for unemployment benefits in the United States.

THE’Euro / US Dollar is substantially stable and stops at 1.093. Slightly higher session for thegoldwhich advances to $2,432.3 per ounce. Oil (Light Sweet Crude Oil) continues trading, with an increase of 0.73%, to $76.75 per barrel.

At the same levels as yesterday spreadwhich remains at +144 basis points, with the yield on the 10-year BTP positioned at 3.64%.

Among the Euroland indices moderate earnings for Frankfurtwhich advances by 0.24%, small steps forward for Londonwhich marks a marginal increase of 0.28%, and a moderately positive day for Pariswhich rose by a fractional +0.31%. The Milan Stock Exchange closed on par, with the FTSE MIB which stands at 31,782 points; on the same line, colorless the FTSE Italia All-Sharewhich closed the session at 33,886 points, at the same levels as the day before.

Slightly positive the FTSE Italia Mid Cap (+0.36%); almost unchanged FTSE Italia Star (+0.14%).

In the Milan Stock Exchange, the value of trades in the session of 09/08/2024 was equal to 1.64 billion euros, down by 580.2 million euros, compared to 2.22 billion the day before; volumes stood at 0.33 billion shares, compared to 0.44 billion previously.

Among the best performers from Milan, in evidence Leonardo (+2.32%), Mediolanum Bank (+2.02%), Nexi (+1.91%) and Telecom Italia (+1.38%).

The worst performances, however, were recorded on Generali Insurancewhich closed at -1.90%.

Thoughtful Unipolwith a fractional decline of 1.32%.

He wavers Amplifierwith a modest decrease of 1.24%.

Weak day for Stellantiswhich marks a decrease of 1.22%.

Among the Best FTSE MidCap Stocks, OVS (+3.86%), De Nora Industries (+1.96%), Reply (+1.84%) and GVS (+1.53%).

The strongest sales, however, hit Technoprobewhich ended trading at -2.59%.

December drops by 2.06%.

Sharp drop for Ferragamowhich marks a -1.67%.

Small loss for The Italian Sea Groupwhich is trading at -1.5%.
