A 20-year-old Chatham man is charged with impaired driving after a single-vehicle crash Wednesday night in the area of King Street West in Chatham.

No one was injured in the crash, but a breath sample taken at the scene was more than double the legal limit.
The accused was released with conditions and a short date.
Robbery suspect arrested
On Wednesday night, a 42-year-old Chatham man wanted for several outstanding warrants for numerous investigations was located and arrested.
The outstanding warrants include failing to comply with a release order, breach of probation and failure to attend court regarding a robbery charge, police said.
The man was held for a bail hearing.
$8,500 in items taken during break-in
A residential break-in in the area of Daniel’s Place in Chatham took place sometime between Monday and Wednesday, police said.
Numerous items were taken from the residence, valued at approximately $8,500, police said.
