Clotilde Courau recently posted several photos of her sunny vacation on Instagram, spontaneously captioning it “LIVE SUMMER”. In the last one, the makeup of the wife of Prince Emmanuel-Philibert of Savoy is simply non-existent. She doesn’t wear foundation, blush or mascara, but simply appears enhanced by slightly tanned skin, a naked gaze, full eyebrows and long, loose hair that falls down her back. Because yes, even princesses have the right to let their skin breathe a little! Especially when they have an impeccable complexion, despite the passing of time, like Clotilde Courau at 55 years old.

Interviewed in 2023 by Forbes magazine, Clotilde Courau spoke about her strong opinion on cosmetic surgery and injections popular with many stars beyond a certain age.
On this subject, the French star said: “As an actress, we must take the greatest care of our appearance, of our face because it is the vehicle of our emotions on the big screen.” And to add “If we give in to certain procedures, there is a great risk of ‘tampering’ with the physiognomy of our face. We must keep our expressions. We are therefore doubly in search of places of beauty to move with grace.“A position that is rather rare in the film industry.
