The courses last between 3 and 14 weeks. depending on the training profile, they are held 90% remotely and 10% with laboratory activities, with 2 teachers always present in the classroom and a mentor who follows the young people from the beginning of the courses until the end of the placement. To be able to access the courses, no previous skills or particular qualifications are required, but only passing an online test and a motivational interview.

Young people and work has initially started in the areas with the highest presence of youth unemployment and open positions such as Naples, Rome, Milan and then gradually extend across the national territory to involve 15 regions.
