Den Dolder – A former lawyer from Utrecht who was expelled from his golf club because of a number of lewd remarks, is not allowed to return. The man filed a summary proceeding to achieve this, but the judge decided not to look at the merits of the case. The man will therefore remain expelled unless the golf club decides otherwise. He must pay back the legal costs of the case.
