PUTIN’S MESSAGE WAS DELIVERED TO KHAMENEI IN TEHRAN
British news agency Reuters, citing two unnamed senior Iranian officials, wrote that Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a message to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei during a meeting between Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu and Iranian officials in Tehran.
