(Telestock) – General Insurance has announced that he has purchasedwithin the scope of the share buyback program, from 29 July to 1 August 2024, in total 662,977 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 23.78 euros, for a value equal to 15.763.159,28 euro.
Following the purchases made, as of August 1, the Company and its subsidiaries hold 28,359,872 treasury shares, equal to 1.81% of the share capital.
