During Saturday’s “News morning”, as usual, a guest was invited to scratch a trislot. On site in TV4’s studio was the presenter Jenny Stromstedtwho welcomed Roger from Höllviken.
He chooses lot 30, and says he hopes for more than SEK 100,000.
Even before Roger has time to start scratching, Strömstedt says that she believes in a big win that day. And that’s exactly what happens.

Roger from Höllviken earns a whopping five million kroner in the live broadcast.
– I am completely shocked, he said “News Morning” after winning the money.
When News24 gets in touch with him the following Monday, he is at home in Höllviken again.
– It was a big shock. I was just shaking afterwards, says Roger.
It took a while before the win really landed with him. Only on the train home from Stockholm does he realize how much money he has actually won.
– Now, even a few days later, it has landed a little more in me.

That’s what he’s going to spend the money on: “Going to buy a horse”
He still doesn’t know what he’s going to spend all the money on. But he has some things planned.
– We are going to buy a horse for my youngest daughter, says Roger, and continues:
– I have two daughters, one who is 20 years old and one who is 18 years old. Both have ridden quite a bit but the youngest still does a lot.
The family is to renovate their guest accommodation, something that Roger wants to spend part of his profit on.
Otherwise, Roger thinks he wants to spend part of the profit on a trip to Madeira.
– We were there with the family a few years ago and it was fantastic. I would like to go back there, he tells Nyheter24.
