One person has been injured and taken to hospital by ambulance after a detonation in a villa in Malmö during the night towards Monday. The police have launched a preliminary investigation into attempted murder and the scene is cordoned off for a technical investigation.

No one is a suspect at this time.

More Swedes get sick to their stomachs on trips abroad

More and more Swedes are getting sick to their stomachs when they travel abroad, new figures from SOS International show. In June and July this year, there were 7,650 cases of stomach illness among Swedish tourists on trips abroad, compared to the same period last year when there were 7,000 cases.

The countries where the most cases of stomach flu are registered are in Turkey, Greece and Spain.

Men are sentenced to prison after raping children

Two men in their 20s are now sentenced to four and three years in prison respectively for rape of children and sexual abuse of children. This after coming into contact with two teenage girls, whom they later raped in a car in a parking lot in Kalmar.
