Ukrainian President Zelenskiy shared on his social media account, “F-16s are in Ukraine. We provided this. I am proud of our friends who have specialized in these planes and started using them for our country. I would like to thank our team for this result. I am grateful to all our partners who really helped with the F-16s, and to Denmark, the Netherlands and the USA, who were the first countries to accept our request for the planes.”
The footage shared by Zelenskiy showed him attending a program held in front of the F-16s, the moments when the F-16s took off and their flights.

“Their numbers will gradually decrease, they will be shot… But of course, these deliveries will not have a significant impact on the development of events on the front,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Experts said that the arrival of F-16s in Ukraine could change the course of the war, and that if these planes were shot down, NATO could be drawn into the war.
