Child died after accident at Skara sommerland

A child has died after being found lifeless in a pool at Skara sommerland on Friday, reports SKLT.

– The child was taken by ambulance helicopter to Sahlgrenska hospital and has died. The next of kin have been notified and we have drawn up a report of death without suspicion of crime, says Per Larsson, duty investigation officer at the police, to the newspaper.

The child was discovered in the pool by one of the park’s pool attendants, who picked up the child and started cardiopulmonary resuscitation until an ambulance arrived, Gabriella Granditsky, press officer at Skara sommerland, told TT on Saturday.
