– It was one of our pool attendants who discovered a person lying still in the pool, says Gabriella Granditsky, press officer at Skara sommerland to TT.
The lifeguard picked up the person and started cardiopulmonary resuscitation until an ambulance arrived. The condition of the person’s injuries is currently unclear.
Skara sommarland is now working to provide support for the employees involved.
– Swimming safety is the highest priority issue and therefore we have a large number of swimming hosts on site as well as information for our guests on how to swim safely, says Granditsky.
– When accidents happen in our park, we review what happened and whether we need to change our routines to further tighten safety.
