(Finance) – In relation to the share purchase program started on May 9, 2024, Nexi has announced that he has purchasedbetween July 29 and August 2, 2024, overall 4,047,653 ordinary treasury shares at an average price of 5.6664 euros.
As of August 2, the group active in the digital payments sector has purchased 38,245,954 of its own shares since the launch of the program, equal to approximately 2.97% of the share capital, at a weighted average price of 5.8638 euros per share, for a value of 224,267,115.83 euros.
