Turkey lowered the flag to half-mast for the leader of Hamas – Israel invited for an interview | News in brief

Israel summoned Turkey’s deputy ambassador for a serious interview, Israel’s foreign minister Israel Katz says the community service in X.

The invitation came after the Turkish embassy in Tel Aviv lowered its flag to half-mast in protest to Ismail Haniyeh to death.

According to the Hamas terrorist organization that controls the Gaza Strip and Iran, the political leader of Hamas, Haniyeh, was assassinated on Wednesday in the Iranian capital, Tehran.

There has been a national mourning period for Haniyeh in Turkey on Friday.
