Soon Pernilla’s hectic summer is over after hosting Allsång at Skansen and she can count down the days to the big wedding. This time the wedding moves from Lidingö to more southern latitudes.

Christian Bauer’s goals for the wedding
Christian and Pernilla took part in an interview with Expressen where the wedding format came up.
– I don’t really feel in shape. I have a bit of a belly that I need to work out… Right now I’m right between two sizes. It oscillates between large and medium or size 52 and 50. And I want to go down to medium for the big day, says Christian to Expressen.
It seems that Bauer is determined and has a plan on how to get into his perfect wedding shape. And being the fitness instructor that he is, he knows what he’s talking about. In addition, he has run the Vasaloppet four times and earlier this year he participated in a bicycle race in Morocco. So there is nothing wrong with the motivation.

During the summer, it is common to slack off on routines and enjoy a little extra of the good things. For Christan, it’s over now to be able to reach her dream shape. He tells Expressen that it is easy to slip down a little too many goodies on weekdays. But meat and sauce also seem to be something he should cut back on.
– Personally, I will mainly draw on chips. Because it’s a real culprit. It’s delicious, but it’s high in calories. But above all, we have to put an end to the weekly sweets. I’m a little weak for it. And all the sauces for the food, he says.

Pernilla not sold on the ban
Pernilla, on the other hand, thinks it sounds boring and doesn’t seem completely sold on Christian’s idea.
– Dieting feels so incredibly outdated. So I hope you plan some weight loss regimen neither for you nor for me, she tells Expressen and laughs.
Pernilla feels at ease with her shape and has no plans for change like Christian.
– No, but I think I have found my form that I enjoy. So I’m definitely not going to freak out or anything before the wedding. But I probably won’t tuck into french fries and béarnaise sauce every single night until the wedding either, she says to The Express and laughs.
