Deadpool & Wolverine has finally reached us in cinemas and has already thrilled millions of Marvel fans on the big screen. Not only does the action blockbuster offer a veritable cameo fest for fans of the superhero forge, it also had the most successful start of any R-rated film ever.

Deadpool & Wolverine has earned the increased age rating (16 years and older in Germany) primarily through its crude jokes and bloody fight scenes. most impressive action sequence takes place at the end of the film, when Deadpool and Wolverine take on a horde of Deadpool variants. And this particular scene even freaked out Logan actor Hugh Jackman.

Deadpool & Wolverine director Shawn Levy shared a video on Instagram in which Hugh Jackman watches a rehearsal of the film’s grand finale, which was shot in a single take, for the first time on Levy’s laptop. It’s hard to imagine what Jackman’s reaction was when he saw the sequence in question for the first time in the final cut on the big screen, if he was already so excited about the test recordings on the laptop.
