Cellularline new financing from BNL and Unicredit for 35 million

(Telestock) – Cellularlinea company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the smartphone and tablet accessories sector, has signed a new financing agreement with Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and Unicredit for a total of 35 million euros.

As part of the operation, 25 million represent a requalification of the pre-existing medium-long term financial sources, which will allow the company to obtain an extension of the financial debt maturities by 2 years. The new agreement also provides for a line of 10 million aimed at supporting the growth strategy through internal and external lines.

“The new financing agreement allows for a rebalancing between short-term and medium-long term sources and an overall reduction in the cost of the latter,” commented the CFO Mauro Borgogno – Overall, we believe that the new financing fully meets our financial needs and allows us significant autonomy in the near future, also taking into account the Group’s cash generation capacity”.
