Emergency services received a report today around 15:20 of a person who had fallen into the water on the beach of the Zeeland town. Bystanders pulled the woman out of the water and started resuscitation, reports Omroep Zeeland. The emergency services later took over the resuscitation, but there was nothing they could do.
