First Capital Net Asset Value fell to E725 million as

(Telestock) – First Capitala financial holding company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specialized in Private Investments in Public Equity and Private Equity, has announced that the Net Asset Value (NAV) total at 30 June 2024 stands at 72.5 million euros (of which 2 million euros attributable to third parties), corresponding to 24.7 euros per share in circulation.

As of June 30, 2024, First Capital’s NAV recorded a variation of -1.7% compared to 31 March 2024 and of -6.6% compared to 31 December 2023, impacted by the drop in the stock market price of some strategic subsidiaries which influenced the overall value of the investment portfolio.

In the NAV balance sheet as of June 30, 2024, the assets amount to 98.8 million euros, consisting of the investment portfolio, which amounts to 79.8 million euros, from liquidity and cash equivalents for 17.5 million euros and from other activities for 1.5 million euros.

THE consolidated financial debts they amount to 23.9 million euros and mainly refer to the convertible bond loan “First Capital cv 2019-2026 3.75%” (17.6 million euros) and to the debt securities issued by VF Adhesives Srl, the group’s investment vehicle which holds the stake in the associated company Forestry Chemical Industries (5 million euros).
