A 59-year-old woman was seriously injured this afternoon in an accident on the Notengaarde in Houten. Two cyclists collided there. The accident happened around 16:45. The other cyclist, an 18-year-old man, was unharmed. A trauma helicopter was also called, but the woman was eventually taken to hospital by ambulance. The police are investigating how the accident could have happened.
