    A 17-year-old boy is charged with the murders and a statement from the Swedish Medical Examiner’s Office now states that he does not suffer from a serious mental disorder, reports SVT.

    If convicted, the 17-year-old could thus be sentenced to prison.

    At the beginning of July, the trial was paused so that the forensic psychiatric examination could be carried out.

    But the district court is still waiting for the Forensic Medicine Agency’s statement regarding the 16-year-old girl who is accused of involvement in the murder, before the trial is expected to resume in mid-August.
