The new constitutional text presented this Monday, July 29 in Guinea provides for a limitation of two presidential terms, the establishment of a sponsorship system, a minimum age of 35 and a maximum of 80 to stand for election. It also includes the establishment of a new Parliament with two chambers, i.e. a National Assembly and a Senate.
