President of the United States Joe Biden presented on Monday in Austin, Texas, the changes he is pushing to reform the Supreme Court. It was his first speech outside the White House after withdrawing from the presidential race.
Earlier on Monday, Biden announced his proposals, which include a thorough reform of the Supreme Court, limiting the terms of office of judges and a mandatory code of ethics for judges.
