A member of the French foil team, Enzo Lefort is one of the great chances of a medal in these Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Born on September 29, 1991 in Cayenne (French Guiana), Enzo Lefort arrived in the Paris region at a very young age. The French national coach spotted him during a tournament and offered him the pole espoir at sixteen. He joined the INSEP (National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance) a few months later to perfect his talent.
His track record
Enzo Lefort joined the French foil team and became world champion in 2014. The same year, he finished European champion. He retained his title in 2015. At the 2016 Olympics, Enzo Lefort won the silver medal. Three years later, he won gold again at the 2019 World Championships, then did it again in 2022.
Louis Vuitton Ambassador
Due to the partnership between the brand and the Olympic Games, Enzo Lefort was chosen by Louis Vuitton to be its ambassador. An undisguised pleasure for the athlete as he explained to Les Echos. “As part of its partnership with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the LVMH group wanted to put together a small team of ambassadors and they asked me which brand I wanted to be attached to. Being part of the Louis Vuitton house with Pharrell Williams was immediately obvious to me! After attending the presentation of his first men’s collection in June 2023 on the Pont Neuf, this feeling was only reinforced: I wanted to be part of this adventure.”

The 30-year-old athlete has already published several photo books (Behind the maskwhich illustrates the diversity in fencing, as well as Off roadwhich pays homage to the city of Tokyo). The foil fencer is a true enthusiast and takes out his camera as soon as he can immortalize certain events.
