The 10 best 7 vs. Wild participants in the power ranking

Before the fourth season of 7 vs. Wild begins, we take another look at all the past candidates. MeinMMO author Cedric lists who he thinks were the top 10 candidates of 7 vs. Wild from all seasons.

7 vs. Wild has evolved over the years and the participants have become more and more diverse. While in the beginning there were only friends of the founder Fritz Meinecke, there have now been participants from all possible categories.

Many participants who were bad-mouthed before the season was broadcast surprised viewers with their skills. Our “7 vs. Wild” expert Cedric has created a ranking of the 10 best candidates from 7 vs. Wild, which is based primarily on their performance in the show and is of course meant to be taken with a wink.

Did he make it into the top 10? Jens “Knossi” Knossalla has already taken part in 7 vs. Wild twice:

10th place Papaplatte

  • Participation: Season 3
  • Ranking: Winner of the season
  • Kevin “Papaplatte” Teller, like his teammate Reeze, is a surprise winner of the third season of 7 vs. Wild. Perseverance and mental fitness helped the content creator win the season.

He tries to implement the skills he learned in preparation in the best possible way, and he also motivated his team partner not only to win, but also to not always just lie around in the shelter.

    9th place Joris

  • Participation: Season 2 by wildcard
  • Ranking: 2nd place
  • Joris “joris_rdy” came into the format through the wildcard for viewers. He promised beforehand that he would explain a lot to the viewers and he did just that in his total of over 21 hours of film material. You can watch it almost uncut in the series’ uncut format on YouTube if his explanations in the show weren’t enough for you.

Even though he had difficulty making a fire, he completed the tasks without any problems. He did so well that he came in second place, ahead of founder Fritz Meinecke. He seemed to have few problems in the wilderness itself. His mental state was probably his biggest opponent in 7 vs. Wild.

    8th place Survival Mattin

  • Participation: Season 1 and 3
  • Ranking: 2nd place in Season 1, eliminated on Day 3 in Season 3
  • Martin “Survival Mattin” Rudloff already has the word survival in his name. In season 1, he just sat around for 7 days and didn’t even attempt many of the tasks. Despite this, he successfully made it to second place and survived the 7 days, although not without mental and health problems.

In season 3, his performance, along with that of Fritz Meinecke, was rather poor. Even before the search for water, his health was already failing him and even when the water was gone, he was not particularly keen on moving on to find more water.
