(Finance) – The index measuring US consumer confidence has been revised upwards, according to the latest survey conducted by the University of Michiganwhich published the final estimate. In July, the index on consumer sentiment stood at 66.4 points from 66 in the preliminary reading and against 68.2 in June.

Also revised upwards expectation componentwhich stands at 68.8 points from an estimated 67.2 and against 69.6 in June, while that on current condition It was revised to 62.7 points from the preliminary of 64.1 points and from 65.9 points in June.
