The Israeli armed forces are clearing the southern area of Khan Yunis for a new operation.
The Israeli armed forces ordered Gazans to temporarily leave the southern neighborhoods of the city of Khan Yunis, which have served as a safe zone for Gazans fleeing the war.
The Israeli armed forces are advising Gazans to move from the area to the Al-Mawas security zone.
The reason is an operation planned by Israel, in which the armed forces attack Hamas terrorists entrenched in the eastern Khan Yunis area.
The Israeli armed forces evacuated the eastern parts of Khan Yunis last week, forcing 180,000 Palestinians to leave the area. The Israeli armed forces say they intend to “act strongly” in the area and accuse Hamas of using the residents of the area as human shields.
