European stock markets lose momentum with Wall Street red Milan

(Telestock) – Bearish session for the main stock exchanges of the Old Continent. The Milan stock market, on the other hand, is holding steady, stopping at the parity line. On the US market, there are bullish trades for theS&P-500Investors’ attention remains on the corporate earnings season, to confirm or deny expectations of earnings growth in the coming quarters.

Among the markets of the Old Continent moderate earnings for Frankfurtwhich advances by 0.65%, a decidedly positive balance for Londonwhich boasts a growth of 1.21%, and good performance for Pariswhich grows by 1.22%. In Milan, the FTSE MIB is substantially stable, closing the day at 33,812 points; along the same lines, the FTSE Italia All-Shareclosing at 36,035 points.

According to the closing data of Borsa Italiana, the value of trades in the session of 07/26/2024 was equal to 2.48 billion euros, down 27.97%, compared to 3.44 billion the day before; while the volumes traded went from 0.55 billion shares in the previous session to 0.39 billion.

Between best italian stocks large-cap, supported ENIwith a decent gain of 3.34%.

Good ideas on Brunello Cucinelliwhich shows a wide lead of 3.14%.

Well set up Leonardowhich shows an increase of 3.05%.

Tonic Interpump which shows a nice advantage of 2.45%.

The strongest sales, however, hit Saipemwhich ended trading at -4.17%.

Breathless STMicroelectronicswhich falls by 3.87%.

Negative session for Stellantiswhich shows a loss of 3.05%.

Substantially weak BPM Bankwhich recorded a decline of 1.33%.

Among the protagonists of the FTSE MidCap, LU-VE Group (+4.99%), Pharmanutra (+4.09%), Piaggio (+3.50%) and The Italian Sea Group (+2.50%).

The worst performances, however, were recorded on Zignago Glasswhich closed at -7.85%.

Thud of Tinextawhich shows a fall of 6.50%.

Letter on Ariston Holdingwhich recorded a significant drop of 5.93%.
