Dressed in the Probation Service’s blue clothes, the 15-year-old suspect participated in a video link when she was arrested, suspected of the murder of a fourteen-year-old girl.

She herself denied any wrongdoing.
Barely three days after a 14-year-old girl was found lifeless in Landskrona, the detention hearing was held in Lund’s district court.
In room 15 there were prosecutors, judges, investigating police and analysts as well as a large number of journalists – before the hearing continued to be held behind closed doors.
On a video screen, sitting next to her lawyer Maria Stål Lindgren, a girl dressed in the blue clothes of the Correctional Service could be seen. She is now in custody, suspected of murder jointly and in agreement with another of the 14-year-old girl.

Obtain a medical certificate
The doors were closed for almost an hour. The courtroom was then reopened. The press and public were allowed in and received the arrest notice.
The prosecutor has the right to announce restrictions. And the district court has decided to obtain medical certificates for the 15-year-old’s mental health.
Charges will be filed on August 23.
Three people are suspected of being involved
Another person was arrested on Friday morning.
In total, there are now three people, one of whom is under the age of 14, who are suspected of being involved in the murder of the girl. She had been subjected to severe violence and was declared dead in hospital.
