Accountants document on sustainability governance and finance published

(Finance) – The release of certifications of employment and procurement contracts aimed at those registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts is the result of the five-year agreement signed today between President of the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, Elbano de Nuccio, and the Magnificent Rector of the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Nathan Levialdi Ghiron.

The list of the certifications required by the agreement It ranges from fixed-term and permanent employment contracts to coordinated and continuous collaborations, from changes in duties to outsourcing and subcontracting contracts, up to consensual termination and resignation, through temporary employment and secondment and co-management clauses in the network contract.

Taking into account that the activity of the National Certification Commission will be addressed to all 120 thousand accountants and will operate throughout the national territory, in order to allow compliance with the deadlines set by current legislation for the conclusion of certification procedures, the President of the Commission will be able to establish investigative Commissions for support and assistance purposes as well as for training activities at the territorial Orders of the category, which will operate through the CNDCEC telematic platform.

The drafting of the operating procedures for the investigative commissions will be handled by Aldo Campo, national councilor of accountants delegated to the Economy and Taxation of Labour, And Alfonso Di Carlo, full professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, as scientific referents for the implementation of the agreement.

“The agreement signed today is part of the strategic action plan of the National Council aimed at the recognition and professional valorization of the over 24 thousand accountants who have chosen to specialize in the labor field and who continuously carry out labor consultancy activities throughout the Italian territory – stated of Nuccio –. The huge number of professionals working in the employment sector is today’s proof of the role that accountants have assumed over time”.

“The agreement represents a further step in the path started by the University of Rome Tor Vergata with the CNDCEC. The establishment in 2013 and the twenty-year activity of the Commission for the certification of employment and procurement contracts referred to in art. 75 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 276 of 10 September 2003 of the University of Rome Tor Vergata fall fully within the mission ‘Business and Territory’, which includes activities with which the University activates processes of direct interaction with civil society, the entrepreneurial and professional fabric, with the aim of promoting the growth of a territory, so that knowledge becomes instrumental in obtaining productive outputs and social innovation – he stated Levialdi Ghiron –. In this direction, the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” pursues the widest collaboration with the CNDCEC in the areas of excellence of the liberal profession”.
