Two girls are suspected of having murdered a 14-year-old girl in Landskrona.
The coast guard is now diving in Landskrona’s harbour, but it is unclear what they are looking for.

It was just after midnight last Tuesday that a 14-year-old girl was found dead in Landskrona. She had been subjected to severe violence and was declared dead in hospital.
A girl under the age of 15, who knows the victim, was taken in for questioning and was soon suspected of murder and kidnapping. She is not a criminal and is therefore neither detained nor arrested, but has been taken care of by social services.
Earlier today, the prosecutor’s office confirmed that another girl is suspected of the crime. She has a criminal record and has been arrested on probable cause.
Admitted interference
Prosecutor Tomas Olvmyr says that the three girls know each other and that both suspects have made certain concessions.

During the evening, the Coast Guard started diving in the harbor of Landskrona. The prosecutor confirms for The Express that the dives are related to the murder of the 14-year-old but he cannot say what they are looking for.
Going to a pajama party
The dead girl’s mother says that her daughter was supposed to meet some friends at a pajama party in Landskrona on Monday. The girl was stressed about going away and they argued.
– When she was on the train, she texted me: “Sorry mom for behaving badly because I was stressed. I love you and you are my life”. It was her last text message to me, says the mother to TV4 Nyheterna.
