(Finance) – TheShareholders’ Meeting Of Tuscany Airportsa company listed on Euronext Milan which manages the airports of Florence and Pisa, has decided to distribute a extraordinary dividend for a total amount of 7,000,000 euros, to be drawn from part of the extraordinary reserve, with a unit amount equal to 0.3761 euros for each of the 18,611,966 shares in circulation.
The dividend – gross of any legal withholdings – will be put into payment July 31, 2024, with coupon no. 16 detachment on July 29, 2024 and record date on July 30, 2024.
