Player runs through the same dungeon 2,000 times for upgrades, still doesn’t have the best gear

If you want to have the absolute best gear in Diablo 4, you have to grind for many hours and days. Towards the end, the improvement is hardly noticeable. One player still has the ambition to improve everything he can – and thought he had finally reached the end. But even after over 2,000 pit runs, there is still more to be done.

This is the hard grind:

This is how the player can improve: With his build, the player can easily master the entire content of Diablo 4 – with the exception of the highest pit levels, which no one has managed yet, or Lilith if he plays dumb.

Nevertheless, the top comment already makes him aware of what can still be improved: “Get rid of the maximum health crit on the chest and go for Imposing Appearance.”

In addition, the user is missing some items with multiple large affixes, i.e. stats that are 1.5 times stronger than normal. However, in some cases these are rarer than the coveted Uber Uniques.

In the end, the improvements that the player can still achieve probably only amount to a few percent. Not worth mentioning compared to the damage that he could already deal. And his persistence deserves a lot of admiration.

With the Spiritborn you can farm loot for a new class in Vessel of Hatred and get 2 new weapon types. This is how the Spiritborn works:

“Wish I could enjoy a game this much”

In the comments, other users congratulate the player on completing the game. Others say that they would also like to have so much fun playing a game. But the pit in particular was already boring after 50 runs.

One user even wonders whether farming is still fun with such a large number of people or whether it is becoming unhealthy, like an escape from reality.

The monotonous grinding in the pit and maximizing loot is not exactly the epitome of joy for many players. Many simply prefer the helltides, even if there is nothing left to get there. But at least they have fun doing it.

In the upcoming Season 5, there will be a new mode called Infernal Hordes, which is intended to be an alternative to the Pit. In the first test, however, the mode was not well received because the rewards were simply not good enough. Blizzard has now made improvements here and fans are looking forward to the season: “The game is getting better and better” – Season 5 looked lame at first, but is now exciting players
