South Korea-based technology giant Samsung announced that they have partnered with KRAFTON for the DARK AND DARKER MOBILE game.

Regarding the partnership, Jungwoo Kim, Director of System Platform R&D Group of Mobile e-Experience Business Unit of Samsung Electronics, said, “This collaboration with KRAFTON will provide a more exciting and immersive gaming experience for Galaxy smartphone users playing DARK AND DARKER MOBILE. We plan to provide a more optimized gaming environment as part of our comprehensive technical cooperation going forward.” Samsung and KRAFTON have partnered to provide a smoother gaming experience for DARK AND DARKER MOBILE on the latest Galaxy foldable smartphones and smartphones such as the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6, which were globally unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event on July 10. The new game, which also supports the app continuity feature, can continue when the Galaxy Z Fold6 is folded and unfolded, providing a more comfortable gaming experience on the Galaxy Z Fold6’s large screen.

As part of the collaboration, Samsung’s expertise in Vulkan 3D graphics technology is combined with KRAFTON’s latest Unreal Engine technologies to create highly realistic and immersive graphics. The two companies have utilized cutting-edge technologies such as ‘Ray Tracing’ to deliver the best gaming graphics on Galaxy smartphones, including the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy S24 Ultra. Dolby Atmos sound effects will also be supported to further enhance the experience for users playing DARK AND DARKER MOBILE on Galaxy smartphones.
