The warning applies between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. in Norrbotten and parts of northern Västerbotten. At the same time, the warning applies between 03:00 and 12:00 for eastern Västernorrland and parts of southern Västerbotten.
Between 30 and 60 millimeters of rain is expected and there is a risk of flooding.
SMHI warns that there may be large local variations in the amount of rain.
