Date – Gamescom 2024 will take place on these days
When does gamescom start and end? gamescom 2024 will take place from Wednesday, August 21, 2024 to Sunday, August 25, 2024. Opening hours vary depending on visitors and location:
The entertainment and business areas are open to exhibitors from 7:00 a.m. Wednesday is the trade visitor and media day. Private visitors are not allowed to enter the trade fair on this day.
Prices – How much you have to pay
How much does it cost to visit gamescom? This year there are different types of tickets, the prices of which vary depending on the visitor. We have listed the different types and prices for private visitors:
Buy tickets – You can secure them here
Where can I buy tickets? You cannot buy tickets on site, so you have to order them online in advance. It is best to buy your tickets from the official gamescom ticket shop. If you have a code for your tickets, you can also redeem this.
With your ticket you will receive a free VRS ticket. This means you do not have to pay anything to travel on public transport.

Which exhibitors are represented? Not all exhibitors have been officially confirmed for gamescom 2024 yet, but the following have already confirmed:

Gamescom will be big again this year. Although not all exhibitors have confirmed their participation and the program has not yet been finalized, the outlook is promising.
There will also be some influencers again this year. Last year, big names like Gnu, Hand of Blood and MontanaBlack were there. This year, some influencers apparently wanted to boycott gamescom because they could no longer get in for free, to which Gronkh just shook his head.
