Two men have been taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter after a quad bike accident outside Grästorp, reports The new Lidköpings newspaper.
– The damage is initially assessed to be serious, says Anna Hammarbäck, press spokesperson at the police, to the newspaper.
According to the police, three men were traveling on the four-wheeler when it overturned for unknown reasons. The injured men are in their 25s and 30s. The third man is reported to have managed with minor injuries.
The man who drove the four-wheeler is suspected of crimes in connection with the incident.
– He is initially suspected of drunk driving and causing bodily harm. But it is early in the investigation, says Anna Hammarbäck.
The accident occurred at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
