New Elder Scrolls VI Hints May Have Appeared on Pinterest
It’s been six years since Bethesda released the official trailer for the next installment in The Elder Scrolls series, and since then, almost nothing has been revealed for the highly anticipated The Elder Scrolls VI.
A tip discovered on Reddit provides insight into the setting of The Elder Scrolls VI, and it comes from a Pinterest account belonging to a Bethesda Game Studios employee. The account featured a large amount of concept art that was thought to be inspiration for The Elder Scrolls VI. Judging by these pins, it appears that the next Elder Scrolls game will take place in a province called Hammerfell, located in western Tamriel.
This region of Tamriel contains vast forests, wooded mountain ranges, subtropical grasslands, swamps, and deserts. Reports suggest that past rumors have suggested Hammerfell as one of the game’s possible locations, and this recent discovery of a Bethesda employee’s Pinterest account has reignited those theories.
What’s more, after this story broke, the owner of the Pinterest account set the account to private, which some interpreted as an attempt to hide something that had been discovered.
