(Finance) – As part of the public purchase offer (OPA) mandatory totalitarian promoted on Sarasa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the oil refining and electricity production sector, shows that today, July 19, 2024, 168,189 membership requests have been submitted. Therefore, overall membership requests are at 1,582,965, equal to 0.305% of the offer.
The offer started on July 12, 2024 and will end on August 9th 2024. Borsa Italiana reminds that ordinary Saras shares purchased on the market on 8 and 9 August 2024 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
