(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Creactives Groupa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies for the Supply Chain world, has resolved to issue, in one or more tranches, the non-convertible bond loan called “CREG – 7% 2024 – 2026”, up to a maximum of 1 million euros represented by 40 bonds with a nominal value of 25,000 euros each.
The issuance of the loan is part of the strategy to obtain new financial resources useful for carrying out the core business and supporting the growth of the company and, in particular, to growth plan support through the consolidation of market shares achieved also through external lines, as stated in a note.
At the present day Admission is not expected to trading on a regulated market or a multilateral trading system. The company reserves the right to proceed in this way if the conditions exist or at the request of the bondholders.
The first offer period will open on July 22, 2024 and will close on July 26, 2024, with the issue date set for July 31, 2024. In the event of failure to fully subscribe to the loan by the issue date, it is possible to subscribe to the same by December 31, 2024.
