It’s not just pole vaulting that interests Armand Duplantis.
Now he reveals the future plan with girlfriend Desiré Inglander.

Armand Duplantis has quickly become one of Sweden’s most popular athletes. He has broken world record after world record, and with the Olympics starting soon, he is perhaps the biggest favorite in all athletics disciplines, as he more often than not wins his competitions with ease.
Great interest
Alongside athletics, you can also say that life plays for Mondo. He has been with the influencer and model Desiré Inglander for a few years now, and on social media you often get to choose the couple’s everyday life. But Armand Duplantis also has another interest for which he is often noticed, namely clothes.
Already in 2020, Armand Duplantis was named Sweden’s best dressed man by the magazine Café. Dressing up in particular is something that Mondo appreciates, and he has many conversations with those close to him about clothing choices.
– There is a lot of talk with my brother, or both of my brothers (Andreas and Antoine) actually. “These” too. She likes clothes and I think that rubs off on me in a way. I think it gives you something when you have an outfit that gives you a slightly different confidence. I think it can be really important to keep track of clothes too. So I like that, he tells UNT.
“That would be awesome”
Armand Duplantis pretty much takes every opportunity he gets to dress up.
– And then we eat dinners and hang out with “Desses” and my family and date nights and everything like that and there are a lot of things you get invited to, even if you don’t go to everything, so there’s a lot you can dress up for, says he.
Armand Duplantis is currently at the peak of his career, and he has many years left in athletics before it is time to hang up the pole. But he is already open to starting a clothing brand in the future together with his girlfriend Desiré Inglander.
– It could be really cool. It’s maybe a bit difficult now, for me, with time and everything, but it’s something that we thought could be really cool. So yeah, I’m not ruling it out. But I don’t know exactly what I will do after my career. I live “in the present”. How do you say? Living in the present? If I have something like the Olympics in front of me, I can’t think about it. But yes, I think it could be really cool, he says.
