It was around 11 a.m. that a man called the police that he saw a suspiciously dangerous object on his balcony.
The area was cordoned off and residents were asked to stay in their apartments. When the national bomb disposal team arrived, they judged the object to be sharp and dealt with the hand grenade.
The crime classification is gross violation of the Act on Explosive Goods and Preparation for Publicly Dangerous Devastation.
