(Finance) – WIITin execution of the resolution passed by the Shareholders’ Meeting of May 5, 2021, announced that it had purchased from 28 March to 1 April 2022, in total 28,326 treasury sharesat the average unit price of € 30.6577 per share, for a countervalue overall of 868,929.24 euros.
Since the start of the program, the company active in the Cloud services market for critical business applications has purchased 140,360 ordinary shares (equal to 0.50% of the share capital equal to 2,802,066.00 euros), for a total value of 3,999 .603.37 euros.
Following the purchases made so far, WIIT holds a total of 1,378,523 treasury shares, equal to approximately 4.92% of the share capital.
