The furniture giant Ikea is issuing a strong appeal to consumers. It is aimed at anyone who has purchased one of the company’s portable battery chargers that may pose a fire safety hazard. This is due to a manufacturing error.

Ikea’s message: “Full refund”
On your website the company writes that those who bought the charger “should immediately stop using it and contact Ikea for a replacement product or a full refund”.
The recall applies to Varmfront 10,400 mAh (model number E2038) with date stamp (yyyy) 2313, 2316, 2318 or 2319, or a Varmfront portable battery charger 5,200 mAh (model number E2037) with date stamp (yyyy) 2318, 2319 or 2322.
