(Telestock) – Borgosesiaa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the field of investments in alternative assets, announces that further information has been received senior bond subscription requestsnon-guaranteed, non-convertible and non-subordinated, denominated “Borgosesia 2024-2029 TV” for about 1.15 million euros. The Loan is therefore fully subscribed for a total of 30 million.
The new bonds issued in accordance with the above are fully comparable to those already in circulation, admitted to listing in May 2024 on Euronext Access Milan, which will yield a variable interest equal to the 3-month Euribor, increased by 500 (five hundred) basis points (5.00%) per year payable in two semi-annual coupons maturing on 30 June and 31 December of each year.
