A veteran player who played in the NHL for the first time already in 2006 Joe Pavelski, 40, is ending his career. The forward, who played for the Dallas Stars for the last five seasons, scored almost 500 goals and more than a thousand points in 1,332 regular season games during his career.
He played most of his career with the San Jose Sharks, where he got to play with club legends by Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau with. San Jose made it to the Stanley Cup Finals in 2016, but the Sharks lost to Pittsburgh.
The American Pavelski was also losing the Stanley Cup final in the 2019-2020 season in a Dallas jersey against Tampa Bay.
